    "content": "Mr. Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 72 (a) of the Bill be amended- (a) In the marginal note by deleting the word “accreditation” and substituting therefor the word “licensing”; and (b) In sub clause (3) by deleting the word “accreditation” appearing immediately after the words “applicant meets the” and substituting therefor the word “licensing”. Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, there will be many areas in this Bill where this amendment will come wherever we have accreditation and it is supposed to be replaced with the word “licensing” because we are talking of licensing and not accrediting."
