    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker, for giving that information. It is very absurd to hear the Vice-Chair of the Committee say that I have failed to appear before the Committee. We can go and ask the clerks if I have not appeared as a member of the Committee three times. Once, we had a Committee meeting in the Media Centre, and even the media people were there. I sat there and tried to whip Members to come so that we could have quorum, but nobody came. We had another Committee meeting in Continental House and I appeared. But there was nobody there. People came, signed and went away. Then, I am told that I have not been appearing before the Committee. That is a lie. The Vice-Chair must substantiate and say whether I have not been appearing because people come in, sign and go!"
