    "content": "Let me talk about the petroleum industry. The amount of adulteration that is going on in this country is unbelievable. There are places where motorists will tell you that they do not use certain types of fuel because of adulteration. If you look at the problem of adulteration, you will find that it is a total loss. Apart from cheating, the losses that motorists incur in terms of the repairs they undertake are huge. This only benefits importers of motor vehicle spare parts.
