    "content": "World over, we have people who have excelled in leadership and done extremely well. If you look at the United Kingdom (UK), you will find that it is a developed economy but they have had leaders who never went to anybody’s schools and this is as recent as 20 years ago. Why would a country like Kenya limit itself to such a small field of skills that the person who will be the Director-General must have done certain courses? What if you got one who has not gone to school as such but has leadership skills? If my memory serves me well there is no record which indicates how much education retired President Moi acquired in terms of degrees. History records him as one of the most successful politicians in this country and he will be remembered as such for many years to come."
