    "content": " Hon. Members, this is the Committee of the whole House convened to consider the Political Parties (Amendment) Bill (National Assembly Bill No.5 of 2015). For the convenience of the House, we have reordered the business appearing as Order No.8. We will begin with business appearing as Order No.8 (ii). After that, we will finish with Order No.8 (i). Order Members! Sometimes when Members leave the Chamber, I do not know whether it is because of lack of business in the House or whether they are going to Committees. Business of the Committee of the whole House is perhaps the most important part of legislation-making. That is when you get the opportunity to discuss the law in detail. I know that you have conveniences to attend to, but I would urge as many of you as possible to remain in the Chamber."
