    "content": "The issue of five elected Members of the National Assembly, three Senators and three Governors and 10 MCAs is important. As it was said, in a situation where you only allow one elected Member, we will be promoting briefcase parties in this country. Time has come for us to have serious parties which can be represented in this country and, more so, parties which can have at least 24 county offices. I support this amendment and urge my colleagues to support it for purposes of ensuring that we have mature political party democracy."
