    "content": "At the outset, I want to support this amendment because there are people in the country who confuse democracy with chaos. Democracy is a very deliberate system of organised expression of the will of the people, and people have the right to express their will. However, there must be rules to it. Those rules are such that people cannot just move from political parties at any time they like, or jump from this vehicle to the other one."
