    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, we must bring discipline to our system of democracy so that people can choose their parties on time according to the rules. Political parties are just like clubs which have rules and people must be controlled. This is one of the ways that Kenya could move towards an organised system where you do not have so many briefcase political parties. We can have a system of two, three or four strong parties which compete with proper ideologies and organised systems of management so that wananchi can have a choice of the best leaders who are endowed to rule them."
