    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I rise to support this Motion first and foremost because it is long overdue and secondly because we have really over- exposed ourselves as a country and as industry by ignoring the very fundamentals in veterinary medicine. I want to congratulate all veterinary surgeons because I dread those days we were at the university and still it is the hardest course you can tackle. The spectrum of that course, the programme that makes you a veterinary surgeon is frightening and would frighten anybody who is not made of that particular material."
