Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 30 of the Bill be amended in the opening statement by deleting the words “section 28” and substituting therefor the words “section 2 ” The import of this amendment is that we have deleted Clause 28 and the contents of Clause 28 are in section 2 that we will probably come to later. So, reference to section 28 will, therefore, be inappropriate."
