Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 32 of the Bill be amended by- (a) deleting sub-clause (1) and substituting therefor the following sub-clause– “(1) A woman of eighteen years or more may, at the request of a couple, consent to have an embryo or eggs and sperm of the couple placed in her or artificially inseminated for purposes of surrogate motherhood.”"
