    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, the argument on the issue of age is very persuasive. Because of desperation, sometimes, people may agree to be surrogate mothers because of the monetary aspect. Even though we are proposing to outlaw it in the Bill, we know that, sometimes, people tend to disobey the law when they are desperate. I urge my good friend Dr. Nyikal to propose a further amendment to increase it to 25 years. At the same time, my further amendment is on what the Member for Likuyani is suggesting; that we use the term “assisted reproductive process” as opposed to all those medical terminologies."
