    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, the Bill be amended in Clause 38(3) by deleting paragraph (f). This was giving room for certain information to be available to the public. However, because of the nature of the issues that we are dealing with, I do not think there is any circumstance under which we should give any information of this nature to the public. So, I propose a deletion of sub-clause (f)."
