"content": "Why we are proposing five to 10 years is because technologically it is now possible to keep the embryo for 10 years. If the law drags behind technology and says five years, what happens is that people will start to do it anyway and they will still be within the safe limits biologically. So, technologically if it is possible to go to 10 years, then it is better to keep the law in pace with technology.
