Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 51 of the Bill be amended, by inserting the following new paragraph immediately before paragraph (a) - “(aa) monies allocated by Parliament for purposes of the Authority;”. The import of the amendment is that the Authority created by this Bill is so important that we cannot leave it to the proceeds that accrue from its activities. It should actually be funded from the Exchequer."
