    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, in Rongai there is portion of land that is very controversial. It was supposedly purchased by the Government to resettle the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs.) However, only a few people were settled on that land. This issue has been very controversial for the people who have farms around the area, because the IDPs are cultivating other people’s land. How much land did the Government buy, if at all? How many people were supposed to be settled and are currently on that piece of land next to Gicheha Farm in Rongai?"
