It is copied to the speakers of the county assemblies and all county clerks. What you need to do is to confirm with the assembly - through which you raised the issue - that they have received their copy. When we were studying law, we were taught that the law assists the vigilant. This thing has a monetary value to it. If any clerk sits on the rights of his members then how do you assist the vigilant? The point I am making is that copies are in all the 47 county assemblies."
