    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, my clarification is that there are schools with many teachers while others are understaffed in this county. For example, Chewoiyet High School has 1,400 students against 38 teachers while Alliance Girls has 1,400 students with 84 teachers employed by the TSC. My argument is that we can balance the existing number of teachers even as we continue to sort out the issue of shortage. I know that is not an issue of West Pokot alone, it could be reflected in other counties."
