"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, it is very difficult to answer former Provincial Commissioners (PC), because they have a lot of knowledge on what is going on on the ground, and how things should be done. I agree with the hon. Member that it is difficult to man all those divisions. Again, I want to say that in this financial year we were not provided with resources. But I think the Treasury is making arrangements to get vehicles through leasing to run the Government. I believe that when that happens we will take into consideration vast areas, including Mr. Kiiluâs constituency."
