Once a Motion has been moved, seconded and proposed, no Member of the House has the capacity to question its legal competence because it is properly before the House. It has been moved, seconded and the question has been proposed. Therefore, there is a Motion before the House. I truly want to see that, in the spirit of the questionable loss in Kericho and the overwhelming victory in Malindi, we approach a bipartisan process of dealing with issues in this House so that we canmake progress.
