There was a sentiment that if we adjourn, then this Motion is going to be taken back to the Speaker. I am of a different opinion. Adjourning this Motion does not take it back to the Speaker but to the RBC. I want to pronounce that this Adjournment Motion is properly before the House according to Standing Orders. I will now use my discretion according to Standing Order No.99 (3) and proceed to put the question. ( Question put and agreed to)"
