    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, the rights of the children are critical. We need to get a balance; we should strike a balance on these rights as stipulated under Article 53 of the Constitution, especially the right to free and compulsory basic education, the right to basic nutrition, shelter and healthcare, the right to protection from abuse and all the rights that are stipulated in this Article. We hope that the Committee will furnish this House, in its report, on a way forward on how to balance these issues to ensure that children are not deprived of the rights that are enshrined in the Constitution and are not negotiable and; at the same time justice is served to people who have been wronged by the perpetrators of different issues that take women to prison. I support the Motion and hope that we will get the report in 45 days."
