I have heard some Members asking for various documents as if you did not read what the Liaison Committee recommended. You have gone past that. You should read the Report of the BPS by the Liaison Committee. Remember it is on that Report that the Cabinet Secretary (CS) is supposed to base his estimates. You have taken care of that by adopting the Report of the Liaison Committee last week on Thursday."
