    "content": "We are Members of Parliament and we are in charge of the BPS for this country. Our laws, including our Standing Orders, contemplate a scenario where we must always have a Budget and Appropriations Committee. The solution we found to take us through the BPS was a temporary measure. As a member of the House Business Committee (HBC), a member of the leadership of this House and a person who raised this issue, we must find our way out of this issue guided by you. I would like to ask my colleagues to hear me. The decision lies with the House because that is the purpose of the Motion on the Floor."
