I am asking whether it is in order for us to request you to allow us to go to a Kamukunji and discuss this issue first, before we bring issues to the Floor of this House which are detrimental to the perception created about this House outside this Parliament. Could we have a Kamkunji on this issue before we discuss it on the Floor?"
