    "content": "Hon. Speaker, we all agree that mistakes have been made. We all agree that mistakes have been made by the Budget and Appropriations Committee. We know that there has been no involvement of Members of this House, especially in public participation that is carried out by the Budget and Appropriations Committee. But those mistakes can always be rectified. So, my request to the membership and the Chamber is that we rescind the decision and move to the next Motion. They can then oppose the membership or seek for the entire Committee to be reconstituted."
