    "content": "Clause 34 was over a deletion that was undertaken by the Senate. The mediation version of the Bill agrees with the National Assembly. We said that there is no way you can remove prospecting. Basically, the need to have a community giving consent to somebody doing prospecting on their land had been deleted by the Senate. We have now reinstated the same."
