The truth of the matter is that there is nowhere in the world that you can do prospecting on anyone’s land without some form of consent. So, when lobbyists tell you that you are chasing away investors, you should know that it is not true. You can only do that if you have made those conditions necessary for reconnaissance survey, which is a non-intrusive process."
