    "content": "The Department of Survey is given exclusive rights to determine boundary issues. This is very interesting because it even says in some parts that it will not even require to listen to the parties affected by the dispute of those boundaries, but will make its absolute decisions by itself. This is not good at all and we should not accept this but retain the laws as they are. That piece which is being amended should be retained."
