    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to support this Bill. The Land Laws (Amendment) Bill has been brought to the House to amend the Land Registration Act, the NLC Act and the Land Act. The Acts were enacted for the implementation of the Constitution in order to clarify the roles and mandates of the Ministry of Land, Housing and Urban Development. The Acts rectify inconsistencies and overlap of mandates in the land laws that have resulted in difficulties in the implementation of the Land Registration Act."
