Temporary Deputy Speaker, unless he does not understand what I was talking about, I was talking about the qualifications of the Chief Land Registrar and what he is supposed to do. It does not state anywhere that anybody appointed to the Commission has to meet the requirements set out in the Bill. That is the definition in terms of what each area is responsible for and what they are supposed to do. Let me repeat it in case he does not understand. These were the qualifications for the Deputy Chief Land Registrar and for the County Land Registrar. They need to be advocates of the High Court and people who understand the law and with, at least, five years’ experience in land administration.
