"content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, we always differ on so many things but on this one, we generally agree because something must happen. We must give our people hope. The banks are not working in this country. The Government has put aside money for the society to access, particularly the Youth Enterprise Development Fund. The plunderers are telling Kenyans that they authorised payments. I saw Mr. Bruce Odhiambo telling Kenyans that he authorised payment of Kshs180 million without the board’s approval. If he did this anywhere else on earth, he would have been hanged. He is a crooked guy whom Jubilee thought could run that kind of fund. Let us help the people. Let us help them."
