Temporary Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to support this Bill that has been presented by the Member who calls himself the servant of the people of Kiambu, Hon. Jude Njomo. Supporters of this Bill are well known. It is a no brainer to support this Bill. If you look at the history as has been stated by many Members of Parliament, you will find that for a long time this Bill has been making its way to the Foor of this House but has not succeeded."
