    "content": "About 10 to 15 years back when the Goldenberg scandal was unearthed, Treasury Bill rates went up to about 70 per cent. When that happened, no bank wanted to lend money to private businesses because it did not make sense to do so unless somebody was taking the money to do some illegal business. Nowhere in the world can you make profit margins of more than 70 per cent."
