    "content": "I take this chance to urge the President to agree with this House. I was in this House in 2000, when Hon. Donde came up with a Bill to control interest rates. Many years down the line, we are still saying that we want to control bank interest rates. This shows we have seen the reason for controlling bank interest rates. This country should develop to the desired standards."
