    "content": "Let me take the opportunity to congratulate the Member for bringing this Bill. When the Bill was brought earlier, it did not see the light of the day. I pray that this House agrees with me and many others who have spoken in the same language. It is high time we changed the banking trends in this country. We should try to save our young entrepreneurs and other businessmen from the onslaught of commercial banks. We should also caution banks that it does not look very healthy when they make billions of shillings in profit as businesses that are purported to give them business close down or record losses."
