    "content": "We are not only talking of interest rates, but there are other charges. When a customer goes to borrow money from a bank, an agreement is drawn in a language that very few people can understand. You cannot understand the agreement unless you have done some commerce. The layman just signs because at that point he is desperate for that money, but there are so many other underlying factors. I thank Hon. Jude, who has said that they should disclose all other charges which they might be charging in the course of servicing loans. At the end of the day, you are told that your interest rate is 20 per cent and you sign the document.
