    "content": "Thank you, very much Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity to add to the voices of my colleagues in support of the Bill. I would like to congratulate my colleague, Hon. Jude Njomo, for bringing the Bill. Kenyans have suffered in the hands of banks. High interest rates in this country have curtailed growth. Kenyans are hard working people, but they have nowhere to take their energies in terms of starting businesses. For this country to move forward and to curb the issue of unemployment among our youth, interest rates must come down. This is a country of immense opportunities. There are a lot of business opportunities. Foreign investors come to invest money that they obtain cheaply from outside and take advantage of these opportunities.
