Hon. Members, this is a Message from the Senate being Message No.3 of 2016. Standing Order No.41 relating to Messages requires the Speaker to expeditiously report to the House any messages received from the Senate. In this regard, I wish to report that on Friday, 11th March, 2016, I received three Messages from the Senate regarding the passage of the following Bills:- (i) The Public Appointments (County Assembly Approval) Bill (Senate Bill No.20 of 2014); (ii) The HIV and AIDS Prevention and Control (Amendment) Bill (Senate Bill No.4 of 2015); (iii)The County Industrial Development Bill (Senate Bill No.7 of 2014).
