    "content": "The Petition is committed to the Departmental Committee on Environment and Natural Resources for its consideration. I just want to point out that all Committees are asked to abide by the timelines of 60 days and if for any reason or another, a Committee is unable to deliver a report within those 60 days, it must report to the House for extension of the periods within which to consider any Petition. I am saying this because I have seen several Petitions, some dating as far back as 2013, 2014 and 2015. The Committees concerned know themselves. Hon. Amina Abdalla, do you want to comment on this Petition?"
