Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT,clause 2 of the Bill be amended— (a) by deleting the definition of the term “artistic works”; (b) by deleting paragraph (d) appearing in the definition of “traditional cultural expressions” and substituting therefor the following new paragraph— “(d) tangible expressions, including productions of art, drawings, etchings, lithographs, engravings, prints, photographs, designs, paintings, including body-painting, carvings, sculptures, pottery, terracotta, mosaic, woodwork, metal ware, jewellery, basketry, pictorial woven tissues, needlework, textiles, glassware, carpets, costumes; handicrafts; musical instruments, maps, plans, diagrams architectural buildings, architectural models; and architectural forms;”"
