    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, on 13th February, 2011, while we were deliberating as Members of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs, I was given information that the Government intended to withdraw my personal security that is provided by the Government. I raised it with my Committee and decided to leave it at that. But later in the day, hon. Olago, who is also a Member of that Committee also got information through a SMS that the Government intends to withdraw his security."
