    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I would like to agree with Hon. Anami, the Member for Shinyalu. It is just that his argument - trying to tie this to constitutionality - does not add up. If you look at Clause 3 in total and you try to fix what the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs is trying to add, you will find that it does not add value. It sounds constitutionally romantic to use the words “not repugnant to justice and morality”, but in this instance, this amendment is misplaced. I would like to oppose."
