    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I want to support the sentiments by hon. Milly. You cannot talk about culture without talking about conservation. On the issue of Kenya Copyright Board (KECOBO), apart from being included in this Bill, we have not seen much about it. We have so many musicians and other Kenyans who have come up with their own knowledge and skills and they are not protected. We have so many musicians who have lost their livelihood because of copyright issues. They do not have any protection from that Board. If, again, KECOBO is re-routed here, we need to give them prosecution powers."
