    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I do not support the deletion. The Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs has proposed that the definition of the term “artistic works” should be deleted because it is unconstitutional. But in my opinion, artistic works bring in a modern element into this Bill. If we keep the modern artistic values into this Bill, then it will look into the modern aspects which are important for the future. I oppose the amendment."
