    "content": "Thank you. This Bill promotes positive traditional culture. This will educate our youth, especially those who have grown up in urban centers. This Bill will engage them on their culture and traditions. We have a global village where we share our culture globally. Whenever you are, I encourage you to promote your culture, 1 whether you are in Siaya or Turkana. Finally, having the Kenya Industrial Property Institute (KIPI) will protect our culture from imitated cultures. We need to arrest those people who purport to be Turkana or Maasai and yet they are not."
