    "content": "Thank you, Hon Temporary Deputy Speaker. I support this Bill. It is well specified that it will provide a framework on protection and promotion of traditional knowledge. It will be important because we have many children born in Kenya and some outside Kenya. By having this Bill, they will be referring to most of the issues so that we may not leave our culture and follow other people’s culture. So, I support this Bill. Thank you."
