    "content": "This is not the first time we are raising this issue as Members of Parliament. It is amazing what our ‘friendly neighbour” keeps doing to our country along our shared borders. Two days ago, there were military incursions in Busia by the Ugandan forces along markets on the Kenyan side. They come into our country and confiscate our ware or money by force and nothing happens. An act of aggression cannot be better defined than what Uganda is doing to Kenya. Our Government cannot sit and wait for us to shout from the rooftops. I was in Muhuru Bay on Saturday and the Ugandan forces shot a Kenyan policeman. Over 100 hours later, why do we not have a statement from the Government of Kenya?
