    "content": "It is high time the county commissioners ensured there is security in this country. They are not provided for in the Constitution. They were sneaked in through the back door on grounds that they ensure that there is security. They have to take security seriously. They should not be there to earn salaries. I do not see why Members of Parliament should be debating this issue. We have no choice other than to ask the county commissioners, on behalf of Harambee House, to protect our people. They are in charge of security in the counties. Otherwise, we should send them packing."
