    "content": "When a foreign nation’s security agencies harass the ordinary people of another nation whenever they come across them, and when the matters are brought to the attention of the Government nothing is done about it, then there is something wrong. This matter must be addressed. It has been coming to this House time and again. It should be resolved once and for all because it is not an issue that cannot be solved if addressed diplomatically.
